Elka Collective offers returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit, ensuring your wardrobe updates are seamless and satisfactory. Please ensure all garments are returned in their original condition with tags attached and in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

  Ship the Item

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
